Many interactions take place in different languages, in different currencies and across international borders. Shipping and customs costs represent a challenge when customers order from the European Union (Cyprus, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), United Kingdom and other Non-EU countries (Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia, Ukraine, Iceland and others.)Solution
OGO Sense designed an international e-commerce website where European customers may order professional windscreen repair kits, windscreen crack repair resin and more. Our improvements include but are not limited to:- Implement multilingual website (currently in 2 languages - UK English and German)
- Allow for multiple currencies (Euro and British Pound)
- Allow for multiple shipping carriers based on destination (example UK Royal Mail + DHL)
- Simplify customs fees by locating warehouses within particular countries.
- Improve brand consistency and mobile experience.
- Improve user experience and checkout process.
Results
Our ongoing experiments will help Delta Kits distributors in Germany and UK take the lead over other competing windscreen repair equipment and supply websites. OGO Sense keeps an updated list of website priorities and issues to address over the next period. Delta Kits has refreshed its online image which will better connect with its European customers. After the initial release, the new website received its first orders and inquiries related to professional windscreen repair kits and windscreen repair resin.
