Finance and Billing Manager – Fintech SaaS.

We are looking for a Finance and Billing Managerto join our rapidly growing fintech team. This role involves overseeing financial operations, assisting the QA team, and managing communication with end-users regarding billing-related inquiries.

What we are looking for

  • A proactive individual with strong financial acumen and a problem-solving mindset
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial management or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or fintech environment
  • Familiarity with financial software tools and systems
  • Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience in communicating with end-users for billing-related queries and Q&A sessions
  • A good understanding of financial best practices and accounting principles
  • Ability to collaborate with the QA team to ensure the product’s billing system is accurate and efficient
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • A positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Located in the Banja Luka area (or willing to relocate)
